SFC は何でしょう??????

現時点では、日本のSFCはスノーボードが大好きなクリスチャンのネットワークとして存在しています。キャンプや祈り会などを通して友達ができたり、一緒にスノーボードに行ったり、また、交わりを持ったりすることができる場です。少しずつ各地区にグループができていっているのも事実です。私が新しい友達に会い、そしてまたその友達が新しい友達に出会いといった具合に、同じ地区に住んでいてイエス・キリストの福音を伝えたいという同じ気持ちを持った者が集められていっています。
Snowboarders for Christ（SFC）の簡単なヒストリー
SFC は1997年の夏にニュージーランドで設立されました。スノーボードのコミュニティーに福音を宣べ伝えるという情熱を神様から授かったのは、若いルーベンという青年でした。現在SFCは、カナダ、ニュージーランド、フランス、スイス､オーストリア、イギリス、アメリカ、日本でその活動がなされています。
SFC Japan は2003年にスコットランド出身のカースティー・スミスによってはじめられました。彼女はSFCカナダの働きを通して救われました。現在SFC Japan の各支部は、岐阜県、愛知県、東京都、山形県にあります。

2006 SFC Japan Rail Jam

2006 RAIL JAM

On February 25th riders from Canada, New Zealand and Europe will go to Nagano (home of the winter Olympics 1998) Japan to compete against local riders. This international event, which is the first of its kind in the Matsumoto area, is going to be one of the sickest competitions in Japan!
This comp will be a one hour jam style event on three features in Northstar Outdoor Adventures Rail Park from 17:30 until 20:30. We will accept entries from up to 50riders on a first come first served basis, registration begins at 16:30. Entry is ￥1,000 and includes a BBQ feast and our guaranteed-to-make-you-smile goodie bag.
